d) Shipping Label: If the item is defective, does not match the description of the product on our website, or the return is due to our error we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. However, if the above conditions are not met the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
e) Ship the item back to our Birmingham address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
