How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account, go to Orders, select the item, and click “Start Return”. Choose whether you'd like a refund or exchange.

Pack & Label

Place the item in its original packaging (or any secure box). Print the prepaid return label from your email and attach it to the package.

Drop It Off

Drop your package at any UPS, FedEx, or USPS location. You can also schedule a free pickup from your door.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges are shipped immediately.

Return Policy Details

Eligible for Return

  • Items in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Items in original packaging (preferred but not required)
  • Electronics in sealed packaging (unopened) or defective items

Not Eligible for Return

  • Swimwear, underwear, and pierced jewelry (hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 30 days (store credit may be offered at our discretion)
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size, color, or variant of the same product. If the replacement item is a higher price, you'll be charged the difference. If it's lower, we'll refund the difference.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost — you don't even need to return the damaged item in most cases.

International Returns

International customers can return items within 30 days. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
