Orders & Payments

Browse our products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order number and tracking information.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. All transactions are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and changes may not be possible. Contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.
Absolutely. All our payment providers are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, use 256-bit SSL encryption, and never store your full credit card information. All payments are processed through industry-leading payment processors.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, Express 2-3 business days, and Next-Day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM GMT. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Yes. Standard UK shipping is free on every order.
We currently do not ship outside the UK.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by visiting our Track Order page or checking your account dashboard.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Some categories like swimwear and pierced jewelry are final sale for hygiene reasons. See our full Returns & Exchanges page for details.
Log in to your account, go to Orders, select the item you want to return. Click the return button and complete return form. Drop off the package at any carrier location.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Account & Loyalty

Click the Sign in button in the header of the page. On the account page, click "Create Account" and Enter your First name, Last name, email and your password. Click the Create Account button to receive a confirmation. Follow the link in the confirmation email to complete your registration. You can also create an account during checkout.
