Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Address changes are possible within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, the order enters fulfillment and changes may not be possible. Contact our sales team at sales@supersaverworld.com for assistance.

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email address.

Delivery times vary by destination. Estimates below are in business days and reflect the full range across all available shipping methods for each region. Actual times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, and carrier delays.

• Worldwide: 5–21 business days
• Europe: 3–10 business days

For orders within the UK, no customs charges apply. For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

If you're not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave a calling card with instructions. Depending on the carrier, they may leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place you have nominated, or at a local collection point or post office. You can usually rearrange delivery or collect from a depot using the tracking link in your dispatch email. If the parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

We begin processing orders immediately, but we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us as quickly as possible at sales@supersaverworld.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our returns policy.

We partner with DPD, Royal Mail, Evri, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier is automatically selected based on your location, package size, and chosen shipping speed.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked. We handle the carrier claim process for you.
